The hotel was enchanting and fairly clean with wonderful staff who actually care and take the time to provide customer service. The venue was located right in the heart of the city. Was in a great area and walking distance to pubs and cafés.
There was rock hard bed in my room.

Brilliant base for staying in the heart of Port Douglas. Early check-in, late check-out, fashionable room with hot tub and the hot tub jacuzzi on the balcony. Lots of different great restaurants and bars to eat outside the hotel. The pool area is excellent too. Nice restaurant, parking onsite. No reason to complain, really really nice stay for 8 nights.

Everything was simply good. The property was appealing with welcoming staff who actually care and take the time to provide customer service, I appreciated the stay. The location was marvellous and stunning, for example, Macrossan Street was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

We had a great Christmas stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main attractions and restaurants. We also enjoyed the convenience of the underground parking, keeping our car cool in the hot weather.
the pool looked a bit dirty, with some moss growing on the bottom and in the fountains. Although we understand it may have been due to the recent wet season, it would have been nice to have a clean and inviting pool to swim in.

Location in centre of Pt Douglas meant that no need for a car.Friendly management who were very helpful when things didn't go quite right - I tripped the power switches twice, also very good advice about the area.
